broken equipment rough towels

the gym was a real letdown it had broken equipment and felt more like storage space. the promised beach area was quite a walk and not well maintained. the towels in the room felt rough and old like they needed an upgrade. also the selection of english channels on the tv was limited i found only a couple.

the staff were friendly and polite. control manager isa was very attentive and checked that everything was in order. i found a wide variety of delicious turkish dishes. vegetarian options were available without difficulty. the pool area had a nice ambiance.

the table mats in the outdoor eating area felt sticky and grimy.

My double room had a balcony. the room was clean, and the amenities met basic needs. the layout was functional, and the space was sufficient for a comfortable stay. We loved the room. but the balcony was amazing!

Fantastic Stay with Attentive Staff

attentive staff excellent food vegetarian options central location

I was charmed by the attentiveness of the staff, especially Isa. He ensured everything was in order and asked about my comfort. I found the food selection excellent, with many Turkish dishes. Vegetarian options were also available, so I never had any difficulty finding something to eat. I also really appreciated the location close to the beach and the city center.

I noticed some wear on the outdoor eating area furniture.

Solid Stay with Attentive Staff

The staff are friendly and helpful. All my meals were very tasteful. I am grateful they helped send some clothes I forgot to another city. The entire staff was very attentive.

The gym equipment needs updates. I saw it was in a corner and looked unusable. They should repair it, or replace the equipment.
